Return Policy
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging (when applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To request a return, please use the Contact Us page. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Customers are responsible for any applicable return shipping costs and return processing fees associated with their return. Any applicable fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item:
- Custom or personalized products
- Print-to-order items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different item, please request a return for the original item (if eligible). Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order.
Apparel Size Exchanges: If you need a different size of the same apparel item, we'll do our best to accommodate an exchange when inventory is available. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending the original item back. LifeWise will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Any applicable return shipping or processing fees will be communicated before your refund is processed. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
